• Professional Certification Integration: Alignment with PMI-CP certification pathway to benchmark competencies with global construction project management standards. 
• Cross-Functional Awareness: Exposure to engineering, contracts, procurement, finance, HSE, and planning functions to develop a 360° understanding of project operations.
