The Evolving Project Leadership Program (EvPLP – Level 2) is designed for mid-career Project Managers with 10–15 years of experience. At this stage, participants focus on strengthening technical expertise, instilling execution discipline, and gaining cross-functional exposure, while also developing critical leadership and behavioural competencies. The program integrates project planning and scheduling, life cycle management, and budgetary aspects with hands-on learning through business visits, action learning projects, mentoring, and coaching. By blending project management tools with technical domains, the program ensures effective coordination, adherence to high safety standards, and delivery of superior quality outcomes—laying the foundation for their growth into senior project professionals.
The Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIMC) was established as the first national institute for post graduate studies and research in management by the Government of India in November 1961, in collaboration with Alfred P.
