The Strategic Project Leadership Program (SPLP) is designed for senior professionals with 15–20 years of experience who have already demonstrated leadership potential in managing large and complex projects. At this level, the focus shifts from operational management to strategic project leadership building the capability to anticipate, align and act decisively in a dynamic business environment. Participants learn to integrate project excellence with organizational objectives, positioning themselves to take on end-to-end accountability for mega project portfolios within L&T. Through this integrated approach, SPLP ensures that learning translates into real organizational value and individual readiness for project directorship roles.
