Parth Jayeshbhai Patel, a determined young man from Syada village in Chikhli, Navsari, aspired to build a stable and dignified career. Coming from a rural background with limited access to formal employment opportunities, he was keen to enhance his skills and improve his prospects.
To achieve this, Parth enrolled in the Office Assistant course at the Anil Naik Technical Training Centre (ANTTC). During the training, he demonstrated strong commitment and a proactive approach to learning. He developed essential skills in office administration, computer applications, and professional communication, which prepared him for the demands of a corporate working environment.
Upon successful completion of the course, Parth secured employment as a Supervisor at Waaree Energies Ltd., Degam, Chikhli. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing operations and ensuring smooth workflow, marking a significant transition from limited opportunities to stable employment. He now earns a monthly salary of ₹14,000, contributing meaningfully to his household and future aspirations.
Reflecting on his journey, Parth shares, “The training gave me the confidence and skills I needed to step into the professional world. It has truly changed my life.”
