‘L&Teering’, L&T’s employee volunteering programme, is structured to create lasting impact beyond the workplace. Driven by compassion, L&T-ites work with communities through simple yet powerful acts such as tutoring school children, assembling educational kits and restoring books, to supporting animal shelters, empowering tribal women and partnering with NGOs.
On 9 June 2026, we decided to recognise and celebrate L&Teers with their own special day. Employees across the company came together for the first-ever L&Teering Day. Designed to foster a culture of service, purpose, and community engagement across the organisation, this day will be observed every year on 9 June, bringing employees together to create meaningful social impact.
This year, over 6,600 volunteers contributed more than 11,000 hours across causes spanning education, environment, health and community development. Together, we made a difference. Together, we build stronger communities.
